BITBANG GAME JAM 2023
Create a game in 48 hours! The theme will be revealed at the start of the event, but we can already let you know that if your game promotes sustainability, you could win an additional prize.
Ideas related to ecological sustainability, wildlife thriving in degraded areas, climate change, wetlands, recycling, alternative dystopian realities, or the nature of our country will be received with great enthusiasm. This was the case with several of the games created last year:

How to Participate?
Register using this FORM. You have until October 5th to sign up.
As part of a 100% ONLINE format and for participants aged 18 and over, join individually or in teams of up to 4 members to develop a video game in just 48 hours.
The event will start on Friday, October 6th at 7 PM and end on Sunday, October 8th at the same time. Then, on Saturday, October 14th, starting at 6 PM, a selection of up to five games will be announced.
Finally, on Saturday, October 21st, the chosen teams will have a five-minute slot to present and explain how they approached the theme. They will also have the opportunity to showcase their games at BITBANG9 (in the new video game testing room), and there will be awards.
AWARDS
3 scholarships for professional training courses for the winning team (value of each scholarship: $300,000 each).
IMPORTANT
Within the Game Jam Discord, there will be a space for individual participants to join a team or form one at that time.
If the number of members exceeds the number of prizes and the winners cannot decide among themselves, Da Vinci will draw the scholarships among the team members at the time of awarding.
Scholarships are not transferable to individuals outside the team.
