How to pitch your animated project - with Eric Robles, moderated by Bryan Dimas

If you are working on an animation project and you have no idea how to develop and pitch it, this talk is for you.

From Los Angeles comes Eric Robles, who has been living his childhood dream since he got his first animation job from him in 1995. Since then, he has left his creative mark on countless projects. He was lead designer at various Hollywood studios, including DreamWorks Animation, Walt Disney Animation, Universal Studios Creative, Cartoon Network, MGM Animation, and The Jim Henson Company.

Self-taught, Eric is the co-creator of the series Glitch Techs (Netflix). He also created Fanboy & Chum Chum (Nickelodeon), a series that won the Emmy five times. In addition, he participated in the Nickelodeon short program and produced a stop motion short, Zombie Brothers, where he contributed his particular creative vision.

The talk will be moderated by Bryan Dimas, co-founder and co-director of LatinX in Animation. He is also a producer of 2D and CG animation. He currently works at Warner Bros and previously at DreamWorks Animation.

Live from the United States, we are going to talk about Eric’s career as an animation creator and producer with a focus on how to create, develop and pitch our own projects.
