Direct your micro-short at the Can Can Club!

If you have a story that can be told in one minute or less, this call is for you.

The contest seeks to promote filmmakers from the region and bring to life unique visual narratives that represent and inspire us.

THE PRIZE

The winning project will receive a co-production prize that includes:

• $1,500,000 ARS for materials and/or services for the short term.

• 1 month of studio with equipment at the Can Can Club to host and produce the project.

• Advice and support during the creative process.

You don’t need to know how to animate: this contest is designed for those who want to direct.

REQUIREMENTS

• Reside in Argentina.

• Have the possibility of staying and transferring or staying at the Can Can Club for filming.

HOW TO APPLY?

Complete the FORM below by attaching a PDF (no more than 10MB) with:

• A brief (very brief!) personal presentation.

• A script that can be told in 1 minute or less.

• A storyboard (it can be very basic).

• Visual references.

• Estimated budget.

IMPORTANT DATES

• Registration closing date: 10/26/2025 – 11:59 p.m.

  • EXTENSION: The new closing date for registration is Monday, October 27 at 11:30 p.m.

• Announcement of the winning project: 10/31/2025 at the Awards Ceremony.
