Pikolón
Visual effects aren’t just a technical matter: they’re also a way of imagining the impossible. Pikolon, Juan Manuel Nuñez, will share his journey as a VFX artist and supervisor in film, advertising, and music videos, giving us a spotlight on his work on the series 𝘌𝘭 𝘌𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘯𝘢𝘶𝘵𝘢, one of the largest national productions of the moment. The talk will address the main technical and creative challenges in creating visual effects, focusing on the series directed by Bruno Stagnaro: from the integration of cutting-edge technology into VFX pipelines to the search for practical solutions to narrate the ineffable. A conversation about how visual effects build atmosphere and rhythm, transform narrative, and expand the expressive possibilities of cinema, redefining its vision and experience.
