IN-PERSON WORKSHOP ✎ PRODUCTION FOR ANIMATION
Exclusive to Academia BITBANG participants
You have a story, some characters, and a strong desire to make a film. Now, how do you organize it all to get it onto the screen?
: ̗̀➛ We continue to host sessions for those developing their projects at the Academy. This time, we’re sitting down with three producers to explore how to bring these ideas to life—using timelines and resources that don’t require anyone to sacrifice their sleep.
We will examine the role of production in animation projects, the responsibilities of each team member, and the various stages of the process: development, pre-production, production, post-production, and distribution.
Through practical tools, we will cover scheduling, team organization, budgeting, and task tracking. This is an opportunity to acquire management tools, anticipate potential challenges, and learn how to organize animation projects in a comprehensive way.
