Program
2026 EDITION
OUR FIRST DOZEN · OCTOBER 27–31 · BUENOS AIRES
In 1927, Metropolis imagined the year 2026. Nearly a hundred years later, we have arrived at that future—and we find ourselves asking what other worlds we might still invent. From October 27 to 31, Buenos Aires once again becomes a territory for animation: featuring short films, premieres, retrospectives, workshops, talks, encounters with international and local guests, a graphic arts fair, and parties. This year, we are also launching PiBit Bang, our animation section for children. Most activities are free of charge; some require a ticket, a reservation, or advance registration.
